    Análisis de los procesos de enseñanza de educación sexual en niños y niñas de Educación Básica Elemental en la Unidad Educativa “Zoila Esperanza Palacio” durante el período septiembre 2020- marzo 2021

    The purpose of this study was to "Analyze the teaching processes of sex education implemented at "Zoila Esperanza Palacio" school from a gender perspective". To do so, a qualitative methodology was applied, with a descriptive scope, using the analytical-synthetic method. In addition, to obtain the information the technique of semi-structured interview was applied to a sample made up of the seven elementary basic education teachers of the morning and evening session and two professionals of the DECE were part of the interview. The preliminary results of this study points out that the teaching of sex education in the institution is limited and presents some difficulties in carrying out its applicability. Similarly, it was determined from the gender perspective that the teaching content for the topic addressed presents several important aspects such as equality and inclusion, but they also still supports some social roles and stereotypes. These and other findings are discussed in Chapter IV
