    La privación de libertad: una mirada desde el trabajo social

    This bibliographic work, it focuses on knowing the consequences that generating deprivation of liberty to family and social level, in order to determine an intervention strategy of social work in this area. Social work in this field of action shows a theoretical and practical interest, whit the objective of intervening in the process of social rehabilitation, where our action is oriented to safeguard individuals within their environments social, family and job; with the finality of a future social reintegration using methodologies and techniques directed for internal and his family, in this context the professionals should their knowledge and mechanism for work in the criminal justice system. The method used for this research was analytical and descriptive, in the first instance analyzed the antecedents, conceptualizations and finally the intervention of Social Work from deprivation of liberty. It is important to know the models of Social Work intervention from against persons deprived of liberty, as through the use of tools and techniques, allowing know the situation of the internal and their families, will server to strengthen relations inside the social context,will serve to strengthen relations within the social context, which allows achieve adequate social rehabilitation.
