    In this research fundamental aspects of liability that generates money laundering from drug trafficking will be discussed, since our Comprehensive Penal Code punishes the crime money laundering, which involves the conversion of funds derived from illegal activities to white money. Liability has several sources, one of which is the crime, so when the damage was caused by a fact that the law has criminalized, we are faced with liability arising from the execution of an event fraudulent, which can cause a deterioration in equity, when it affects the victim monetarily, creating a legal link where the law behind us when the obligation to repair the damage has not been compensated. The offense laundering is regulated in the Comprehensive Penal Code in the eighth section Economic Crimes, as this crime disturbs the economic order legally regulated by the state, precisely because the injured legal right, if we do a thorough analysis of this crime will conclude that this is a crime that affects pluri-offensive several protected rights within our legal system governing this subject the law to curb money laundering which defines this as a separate crime related offenses and establishes penalties a sentence of imprisonment, financial penalty, and moreover a penalty of special confiscation, which is independent of the damages caused, which will be compensated by the responsible.
