    In this paper, it had been developed the implementation proposal of the subsystems of: selection, induction and training for the Human Talent Department of the company Tapitex M&B Cía. Ltda. The aim is to contribute to the efficient management of human talent. I have developed the policies, procedures, tools, techniques and indicators of different subsystems to improve decision making within the organization. The first part is focused on the diagnosis of the current situation of the human talent department and thus demonstrating the absence of development of the subsystems of selection, induction and training. Therefore, I have made a design that allows the company to implement in the short term, the subsystems that provide the benefits not only in reducing costs, but also consolidate human talent as a strategic factor within the company
