In ETAPA EP, it is intended that all areas understand that the Company is an integrated system in which all processes have an important role as they are the basis for strategic changes in the organization. Due to this reason, there is the need to generate a control tool for the Human Resource and Financial Divisions of ETAPA EP, based on a methodology of Balanced Scorecard. This methodology translates the Strategic Plan of the organization into a set of objectives and indicators that form the base of performance management system of the Company. The designed dashboard allows users acquire the information about the areas in a timely manner. This information is in fact analyzed and evaluated in order to establish plans of action to define strategies for continuous improvement of organizational processes.
