Item Propuesta de un sistema de evaluación de desempeño para la empresa comercializadora Paraíso, partiendo de un diseño de perfiles de cargo(Universidad de Cuenca, 2022-10-06) Campoverde Robles, Andrew Xavier; Llivisaca Loyola, Joseline Antonella; Moscoso Calle, Nubia SilvanaThis application project is aimed at structuring and applicate two tools related to the human resources management based on competencies philosophy, as are the job profiling and the performance appraisals, in Comercializadora Paraiso, company dedicates to manufacturing and commercialization of food in a regional way since 1987. All of this, with the purpose of solvating many inefficiencies associated with the lack of the described tools. On the other hand, they also want to become quite an important precedent that contributes to the efficient human resources management in the organization, as a way of guarantying their competence, conformity and compromise with the company, their goals and strategy. Regarding in the document composition. Firstly, it starts with a short description about Comercializadora Paraiso, it philosophy, structure and management background bounded to the human resources governance, as a strong way of conceptualize the problematic evidenced and it impact. Secondly, it is described the principal concepts inherent to the management of human resources based on a competencies philosophy and the main methodologies for job profiling and performance appraisals, making a contrast between the traditional and innovative ones. Thirdly, it is mentioned the specific characteristics of the tools that they are going to structure. Tied to job profiling, it is described the main activities, goals, competencies, strategic relations, level of training, experience, among other things, for each 22 boardrooms that form the business structure of Comercializadora Paraiso. In reference to the management performance system, it consists on a mixed one, based on measuring the workers level of compliance in the main activities of their boardroom and the evaluation of competences attached to the company culture and expectatives. Both of them, using dynamic scales and metrics. In addition, it is worth mentioning that the whole 56 Comercializadora Paraiso workers was considering in the process, incrementing it impact and effectivity. In the chapters IV and V, it is showed the results obtained. In the form of 22 job profiles and performance appraisals and their respective ratings and feedback for each company worker. Finally, it is attached conclusions and recommendations that contribute to consolidate the results obtained
