    Evaluación y propuesta de mejora del Sistema de Control Interno al Gobierno Parroquial de El Valle, período 2016

    Currently the Laws of the Country require that public entities handle a transparent public administration, they also promote correct management, aimed at achieving the institutional objectives, It is therefore, the importance of conducting an Evaluation of Internal Control, which allows determining deficiencies and issuing recommendations that counteract the same. In chapter one, there is a general detailed information of the GAD parroquial as part of the preliminary planning. In chapter two, there is the theoretical framework that allows to direct the research project, making a description of the concepts of the subject to be developed, focusing specifically on the current Internal Control Regulation. In chapter three, we elaborated the Evaluation of Internal Control, where the due notification process was applied, the planning report, results of the evaluation duly referenced and finally the report product of the evaluation. On chapter four, there is a matrix of strategies, with established times for its application, which promotes the strengthening of Internal Control. Finally, in chapter five, there are the conclusions, recommendations and annexes, with detailed information the programs and working documents that support the evaluation. We hope that the proposal will be applied in the institution, as well as the present research project is a source of consultation for other projects
