    Evaluación del desarrollo psicomotriz de los niños/as de tres a seis años de edad, del Centro Particular Infantil Creciendo Libres, Cuenca 2015

    Background: Profound changes have taken place in societies with regard to child development educators and health professionals parents are challenged to respond to these changes. Stimulation is a tool that allows accompanying educational process and promote skills and psychomotor skills in the area Objective: This research allow us to assess the psycho-motor development of children from three to six years old from “Creciendo Libres” day-care center, Cuenca 2015. Methodology: A quantitative descriptive observational research was conducted. We worked with a universe made up of 33 children aged three to six years Child Center Growing Private Libres. The techniques used were observation, interview and verbal shorthand scale application development and Nelson Ortiz Pinilla, with the valuation of the thick, thin, language, personal-social motor was determined, obtaining results according to the alert parameters medium-high, high, medium. The data obtained were analyzed using statistical software such as Microsoft Excel, SPSS version 21, the results are presented in tables with frequencies and percentages of the study group. Use of results: Our research allowed us to have real information about the psycho-motor development level from each child from “Creciendo Libres” day-care center, in which according to the total normative parameters we have 3% childrens in alert, 39% childrens in medium parameters, 43% childrens in medium-high and 15% childrens in high parameters.
