    Equipamiento cultural comunitario para la parroquia Sayausí

    This study proposes to answer the requirements posed by the parochial GAD of Sayasi; due to the existing deficit of necesary equipment in the settlement such as: Libraries, Cultural Center, Community Halls and Multipurpose, Meeting Room for the Elderly, Day Care Center, Markets, Public Squares, Parks and Green Areas. The research conducted in the sector for give a solution to the Cultural Equipments shortage that impide the intelectual development and Cultural of the settlement; as a starting point an analysis of the settlement center was held marking a influence area from the location of the land to intervene; to do an analysis of the site and determine the factors that will directly influence in the desing party of Architectural Project. Additionally, in order to archieve a socio cultural development and intellectual effective, a project is proposed based on the needs raiced by the GAD and the inhabitants of the settlement, who will be the most frequent user of he project. Posing the desing of architectural models such as cultural equipment, was necessary to conduct a study of examplary case studies within the category referred to extract desingcriterio on to have a sustention like project material. It´s considered that by following this process, the research not only meets the objetive of creating this equipment for the settlement, but also seks to solve the needs of the inhabitants of the settlement to promove culture and education.
