    La categoría resistencia como política antineoliberal en América Latina después de la caída del muro de Berlín

    The present work aims to develop the configuration of spaces of "resistance" in Latin America, after the fall of the Berlin Wall and the dissolution of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR), which meant the end of the bipolar geopolitical globally, and the global dominance of neoliberalism in the hands of U.S. imperialism. The resistances in Latin America represent various social actors and claims, but all of them come together in an anti-neoliberal program thought from the South; the construction of paradigms rooted in our context is defined as the only possibility of a decent future for humanity. Equally, we propose the "critical resistance" as an epistemological and political attitude of rejection of neoliberalism, which should allow the construction of alternatives against neoliberalism, based in social, political, economic and epistemological criteria. The new political projects, guided by hope, have to recognize the “alterity” as identity of the countries of South, with the idea that "another world is possible".

    Lo claro y distinto en el discurso histórico del Inca Garcilaso de la Vega

    This work studies the influence of the neoplatonism in the thought of Inca Garcilaso de la Vega. In this way, we have taken two fundamental ideas exposed in the Comentarios Reales: writing clear and distinctly, and the pretense of truth in history. We have tried to analyze them in the horizon of the platonic hermeneutics but, at the same time, outlining their difference, as long as Garcilaso has his peculiar vision of the essences, the same ones that are not solved in the primate of eidos, but in his conflicting relationship with the empiric thing; from there the importance of knowledge of History.

    Dolores J. Torres: bosquejo sobre una filosofía de la educación

    The following research provides an outline of the philosophy of education in Dolores J. Torres’ path, taking into account various concepts of the philosophy of education in which the main point is related with the educational practice. Therefore, it is detailed the teaching-learning methods that Dolores J. Torres applied, taught and left as benefit in the cuencana education. This research develops also a historical outline of the education before and at the beginning of the Liberal Revolution; the protagonism which takes the women in this period to be recognized as subjects of law and to access to paths than before had been relegated such as education, politics, public spheres and the creation of the first Normalist Institutions of the country to the formation of teachers as “Manuela Cañizares” Normalist Misses Institute in which Dolores J, Torres was educated like the first cuencanaNormalist. Also, it makes a review about life and trajectory of Dolores J. Torres. Finally, it makes an outline of the Dolores J. Torres’ educational philosophy by detailing the pedagogical methods which were applied in the "Tres de Noviembre" Elementary School the same that was converted as the symbol of her educative path.

    El sesgo de la razón: de lo instrumental a lo digital

    La reflexión sobre la manera de re-presentar un momento histórico nos conduce a relacionar el o los “acontecimientos” que figuran como su característica; a ubicar un lugar para señalar un antes y un después de; a delimitar la cesura en la continuidad temporal, a través de la evidencia que deviene en determinante por su capacidad performativa. En la actualidad, la conexión entre poder y digitalización genera –probablemente– otro registro de escritura, cuyo entramado ha dejado de fundamentarse en la racionalidad instrumental, para encarnarse en otra, cuyas características no están expresadas en la racionalidad referencial o en una lógica de la coincidencia entre la re-presentación y lo representado, sino en otra que no apela al referente físico para su existencia.

    Ética, un camino hacia la liberación: análisis de la ética de la liberación en Enrique Dussel

    This research work is intended to think and rethink in the human being since the social and historical reality of Latin America, from a thought system that was able to explain the causes, motives and consequences which the human being was submitted in the reality of the Latin-American Continent. Rethink in the human being is to idealize a future reality from the experiences lived in the past. But the human being can only be thought from its ethical dimension. We should rethink the human being critically and ethically from utopias that wish to build a new reality. Enrique Dussel constitutes one of the entrance gates to think about the human being as a possibility of liberation, from the Latin-American reality and from the ethical philosophies that already exist in the continent. Since this critical and liberating philosophy, Dussel thinks a new type of philosophical attitude. When it enters the ethical dimension, is when the philosophy gets practical and mean of transformation of the human situations. It is a new construction of the history of philosophy from the periphery of the excluded and dominated human groups. And, from a new thinking, it goes to a new practice. It is the practice that gives new victims the leadership enough to do the transformations.

    Se propone explorar el hiato modernidad/colonialidad a partir de una forma de racionalidad enlazada en las prácticas de identidad y diferencia, en cuyos bordes se desatan complejas articulaciones que demandan ser miradas en su constante actualidad e historicidad. En lo exterior y en lo interior de la modernidad/colonialidad podrían hallarse "eventualidades" fluctuantes que reactualicen "asincronías" como exigencias históricas que han de ser explicitadas.

    Mito, poder y conocimiento: desnaturalización histórica de la razón

    Tratamos de mostrar que la relación "armoniosa" entre libertad, crítica de la razón y ética, otrora eje del humanismo moderno, está salpicada por la "adiaforización", consecuencia de la modernidad y modernización del capital; y que, paradójicamente, se sostiene en la necesidad de justificar su práctica en el paradigma del sacrificio, en aras del desarrollo de la ciencia, de la técnica y del progreso de la humanidad. Esta circunstanscia no es ajena a las condiciones de existencia de la modernidad latinoamericana y caribeña, en la medida en que todo aquello afirma el poder de la razón colonial.

    Este trabajo constituye una reflexión sobre el recurrente planteamiento de las identidades culturales, re-actualizadas en el contexto de las sociedades globalizadas. Su esencialización no es un atributo "connatural" a la modernidad europea, creadora de binarismos universales, como el de la identidad y diferencia. Hoy, por más que los procesos sociales enfaticen en la "diferencia" (de género, étnica, sexual, religiosa, racial, económica,, simbólica) e intercedan por su respeto, no está libre de petrificarse por los efectos distorcionantes del consumo.

    The essay has the following objectives: To state some premises to enable a philosophical intercultural dialogue; one of these is the criticism to the Eurocentric vision of the modern European and Latin American reason. Objective is to consider other constituents, such as the practical sense that is inherent to the "color of reason." I twill be developed through conceptual images which are exposed by some Latin American and Caribbean philosophers in order to interculturalize the reason as a theoretical historical bet that facilitates the dialogue.
