    Deterioro de la movilidad física e impacto en el estado psicológico en los adultos mayores de la Parroquia Sinincay del Cantón Cuenca. Periodo abril- septiembre 2016

    BACKGROUND. - The deterioration of physical movement is a common health problem in older adults, state that person is limited because of move independent, these alterations to changes in the psychological and emotional state, reason why our investigation search to determine the deterioration physical movement and the psychological impact of older adults club Sinincay parish. GENERAL OBJECTIVE. - Determine the movement deterioration physical and psychological impact in the club of older adults of the parish Sinincay. METHODOLOGY. - For this quantitative research methodology was used, the study is descriptive and techniques are interview, observation, Barthel Scale and Psychological Welfare, which determine the number of older adults with problems the lacke movement and the psychological impact to evaluate the condition and quality of life of older adults, the data were admitted to the program SPSS for tabulation. Universe of 206 elderly and the sample represented by 79 older adults. GENERAL RESULTS.- The study found that 40.5% of older adults are female, 19% male, 35.4% are illiterate, 64.6% had medium to low education, 21 5% have mild dependence, 36.7% moderate, severe 8.9%, 67.1% presented dependence relating to the lacke of physical movement, 32.9% is independent presenting appropriate psychological well-being. CONCLUSIONS. - This shows that the interrelation between the deterioration of physical mobility, the degree of independence, psychological status and welfare of the elderly
