    The education is a crucial factor in the professional, personal and social preparation of the students, having a close relationship with the teacher's working develop. Because of the leadership that realizes will have repercussion in the teaching – learning process and educational quality offered by different institutions, therefore, it is important the analysis of the teacher's leadership impact that project with his students at the moment to share the knowledge. This research presents a study where the main objective is to determine, the types of the professor's leaderships in the Marketing and Economic degrees in the period of 2023-2024 and if these intrapersonal and interpersonal factors linked with the mentioned styles influence on the student performance. The research is mixed, using a test (inductive – deductive). The analysis of the results was developed in each degree sustain on the base theories of the mentioned theme, achieving satisfactory findings in relation to the direct and inverse correlations between different variables.
