    Evaluación de las estrategias comunicacionales durante la crisis institucional del Gobierno Provincial de Morona Santiago, caso Macuma-Taisha en los meses de junio a octubre 2015.

    This research project carried out a compilation, analysis and evaluation of the Communication Strategies used by the Communication Department of the Provincial Government of Morona Santiago during the Institutional Crisis caused by the interruption in the construction of the final section of the Via Ebenezer-Macuma-Taisha, a case that at the time of climax had national significance as it was a matter with political ties between the Ministry of Environment and the Provincial Government. Study period: June to October 2015. For its achievement, 4 levels of action have been determined for contextualizing this case in a better mode: • The context prior to the starting of the crisis. • Communications communicated during the crisis. • The perception of the institutional authorities, community leaders and the external governments from the Provincial Government and • The Institutional Image, once the moment of crisis concluded. Surveys were carried out on the population of the mainly affected communities, obtaining relevant information about precept, positioning and confidence regarding the relationship between the institution and its publics.
