    Examen especial al consumo interno y la comercialización de compost y humus de la Empresa Pública Municipal de Aseo de Cuenca (EMAC E.P.), 2016

    The present titration work is focused on a special examination to internal consumption and the commercialization of the organic materials denominated Compost and Humus belonging to the Empresa Pública Municipal de Aseo de Cuenca (EMAC E.P.), during the 2016 period. The examination is performed out to determine the level of effectiveness and efficiency over the control of the Compost and the Humus, before, during and after of the processes of consumption and sale of the same. The methodology used for the development of the exam is based on quantitative and qualitative techniques, in addition to verification techniques such as: Ocular, Written, Verbal, Documentary and Physics. The evaluation of internal control was also carried out and the application of the different audit procedures allowing to prepare a final report.
