    The study of the following monograph has a purpose to develop the programming of work to optimize the constructive processes of rural household of Ministry of Urban Development and Hosing from Azuay. This project orient to people who want learn about the ways to perform programming work for which we have applied two of the most used methods: the method of Henry Gantt bars and the Critical Path Method, as these can be applied in any area of the construction process and help us to have better control and planning work. Every project that we intend to make, it is necessary and important to learn to plan, schedule and control, also to interpret and analyze the results. We hope that this monograph will support all professional, students of civil engineering to learn how to perform different construction processes and in this way to optimize the construction process.
