    Financial procedures manual beneath the methodology Microsave for cooperatives of saving and credit accounts case: ETAPA executive summary. The changes and knowledge around the world in everyday financial institutions, come generating uncountable events involve in uncertain terms that we can deal with it. These events could be opportunities with huge advantages and disadvantages. The application of these procedures implicate processes, steps, technology and skills to develop an excellent paper work that allows us better manner to handle this situation in order. The purpose of presenting the thesis is to implicate and apply a new methodology in the financial area of the institution called Microsave. This methodology will help integrally to identify steps in the procedures and areas of the institution such as; credits, policies, collections, money laundering, cashier attendance in cooperative’s saving and credit account ETAPA. The method is a tool as well to analyze institutional risks, as to calculate the competence of internal accounting controls. The method is easy and clearly to undertake once we count with right instructions and enough tine, besides, of the management authorization for the implementation of this method, it can be the result to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction and gain mire profitability in the institution. As fundamental objective in this procedure we have to collect, organize and visualize data about the processes to be analyzed correctly. As a result, of applying this methodology called Microsave we could identify the risk in the internal controls in different areas before mentioned.
