    The main objective of this thesis research is to provide solutions in the pharmacy area at the municipal company FARMASOL E.P, in order to improve the customers’ satisfaction when receiving the product, through the use of quantitative and qualitative tools that will be implemented in medium and short term. The combination of these tools will allow an exhaustive analysis of the process and activities that will be carried out inside the examined pharmacies. Therefore, the purpose is to validate the process, or even to perform some changes with the intention to increase the effectiveness and efficiency, which are considered an important contribution in the definition of RE-ENGINEERING.
