Item Investigación y análisis del clima organizacional y la motivación de los empleados en la Clínica Santa Ana en el año 2013(2014) Crespo Córdova, Abraham Boanerges; Jaramillo Granda, Humberto DemetrioThe purpose of this research is to identify the relationship between organizational climate and employee motivation in the Clinic Santa Ana City of Cuenca in 2013. The research is descriptive - correlational. The theoretical orientation was oriented knowledge model Organizational Climate of six dimensions of Litwin and Stringer and the theory of the three needs McClelland. The reliability coefficient was calculated for the questionnaires resulting in wide scale 0.960 to scale climate the result was 0.947 and for the motivation scale was 0.856. As for Clínica Santa Ana an overview of it, its history, its vision, mission, values and its structure was exposed. Among the most relevant results you can cite that there is a positive and high correlation between Organizational Climate and Employee Motivation. La Clínica Santa Ana has a climate that is located in the mean, ie, neither satisfactory nor unsatisfactory.
