    Currently Urban infrastructure in Ecuador is growing in a moderate way. The greatest amount of growth rate is toward rural areas. Where the owners of the houses in the majority of the cases are of limited resources. Which generates by its necessity of a house and to have a home for his family. The self- construction of the same or on their part ask for help to the government of turn in the two cases, what generate in a large percentage is a habitable and mostly uncomfortable housing. The present research and the Titling work aims to provide a viable housing solution, particularly for people with physical and visual disabilities; applying energy efficiency strategies in full to meet the requirements of comfort and compliance with established by Ecuadorian law for its correct operation. Being thus established a prototype of housing for those people of low resources but who deserve a decent life.
