    Public Relations are responsible for creating and maintaining relationships between the public and the organization, creating communication strategies to lead them achieve a common goal. Having a suitable environment within a same Organizational Culture is really important due to the fact that it will allow employees to feel job satisfaction partaking in the organization. So, human resources can feel a sense of belonging, committing them to constantly improve the organization development. Internal Communication must allow having a proper feedback for the internal condition of the organization because that will lead achieve corporate goals through sent messages in proper channels, depending on the goal it is looking for. The Internal Communication manager must know the effectiveness of each communication channel to avoid not only having unambiguous information, but also misunderstandings. The diagnosis can draw us know the Communication Channels and the management of the indoors communication of Electro InstalacionesA& A. Furthermore, it will lead us detect potential troubles and provide recommendations to improve the management of communication and achieve its goals.
