    Condiciones de vulnerabilidad ante el riesgo de la pérdida del cuidado familiar en niños, niñas y adolescentes de la parroquia Sayausí de la ciudad de Cuenca del programa de Aldeas Infantiles SOS 2022

    As for children and adolescents, the lack of family protection affects the violation of rights, given the conditions of violence, dysfunctional family ties, abandonment, which causes children and adolescents in Ecuador to be at risk of losing family care. The Ecuadorian state in the legal framework intervenes as a guarantor of rights, to provide minimum social protection, which is based on the Código de la Niñez y Adolescencia (2003). Consequently, having experienced conditions of vulnerability placed the children and adolescents at risk of losing family care. Therefore, this research aims to describe the conditions of vulnerability against the risk of losing family care in the Aldeas Infantiles SOS program of the Sayausí parish in the city of Cuenca. The research was carried out with a phenomenological approach, it had a qualitative modality, with an inductive method and a descriptive level, a study group made up of 4 parents and 3 technicians from the Aldeas Infantiles SOS family support program was considered. Data collection techniques such as semi-structured interviews and documentary review were used. In the results it was reflected that the limitations of life of the families are marked by economic conditions, the parents have the need to fulfill various work tasks, this causes the children to be without care, in the same way the effort of parents to maintain a healthy bond, children recognize the affection and love of parents despite the difficulties that families go through, and remain in the family nucleus, since parents have developed coping strategies from the capacities both in forms of care and protection.
