    Autonomía funcional, psíquica y elaboración de diagnósticos de enfermería con la taxonomía nanda en los adultos mayores del Centro Geriátrico Santa Ana. Cuenca, 2014.

    Objective. To determine the functional, psychological autonomy and develop nursing diagnoses in the NANDA taxonomy seniors Geriatric Center Santa Ana. Cuenca, 2014. Methodology. It is a descriptive research quantitative. We work with a finite universe of adults over 38, which is 100% of the nursing home, more revenue in the next 4 months of research. Katz Index, Tinetti scale for functional assessment, cognitive assessment MMSE scale Pfeiffer and Yesavage psychic valuation was used. Then a diagnosis with the NANDA taxonomy was developed. The data were processed and analyzed in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Version 21 SPS, and format PLACE NANDA, NOC-NIC. Results: 34.2% belongs to ages between 86 and 95 years, this 18.4% men and 15.8% women, 31.6% are aged 66 to 75 years, this the 13.2% men and 18.4% women, sex is a total of 60.5% women and 39.5% men. The Katz index indicates that 65.8% do their core activities, so they are independent. The modified Tinetti scale indicates that 39,5% of older adults has a good performance in terms of balance and gait resulting in a low risk of falling. The scale of Pfeiffer and cognitive test (MMSE) shows that 76.3% have cognitive deficits. The scale of Yesavage depression indicates that 42,1% have depression. The results helped to develop nursing diagnosis taxonomy NANDA NIC-NOC include: impaired ambulation, physical mobility and memory, of self-care: feeding, elimination and hygiene. Conclusions. Functional and psychological impairment was determined in older adults allowing developing nursing diagnoses with the NANDA taxonomy - NOC - NIC Keywords.
