    "Special examination of public procurement procedures for the execution of works, the acquisition of goods and the provision of services of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Sinincay Parish, 2016-2017 period" focuses on determining compliance with current legal regulations, verify the supporting documentation of each process and determine if the acquisitions were made under the most favorable conditions for the entity with the purpose provide support in decision making by the Maximum Authority, Property Management Unit: Acquisition and Custody and Legal Advice. Presents the general information of the Parochial GAD of Sinincay, which serves as a fundamental basis for the development of the Preliminary Planning. Likewise, the theoretical framework is shown, which defines the concepts on the subject that will be dealt with, mainly, The Agreed Law, The Government Audit, The Special Examination and Public Contracting Procedures. In addition, special examination is carried out, from the planning of the preliminary and specific planning program to the communication of results that includes the communication of provisional results, convocation to the final conference, final audit report and final conference report on results communication. Finally, presents the respective conclusions and recommendations to the development of the special examination of the public procurement procedures applied within the entity. The development of the subject is supported by the work papers, which are included in the annexes.
