Item El detalle en la mampostería de ladrillo artesanal para la economía de medios(Universidad de Cuenca, 2022-09-09) Gómez Flores, Ray Washington; Hidalgo Burneo, Diego XavierThe interference of visual culture was established over the capacity for architectural development through the Media Economy in Latin America, where exhibition works were opted for and not really what is considered pragmatic, the same as the result of the Academy today, where project strategies have been separated from technical parameters. Therefore, it was proposed to converge the constructive relations towards the economy of means, which through the details the construction process is understood, that is, from the beginning of the design the way in which it is going to be executed is already understood. The construction detail is implicit from the beginning of the design of a project due to the systematization in the construction processes and their optimization of resources. In Latin America, the decrease in industrial development does not allow foreshadowing a constructive detail as it does in the first world, this does not imply that it should not exist since the act of designing or projecting is inseparable from the conception of execution. Therefore, the construction details of the joints between artisanal brick masonry were documented, keeping in mind that these can be a great precursor to the economy of means. Different concepts are presented to structure the economy as an analysis model and the interference of this concept in the development of artisanal brick masonry. This with the fundamental purpose of understanding a better use of the materials and establishing a contextual relationship through the established variables. Despite the difficulties of the brief literature, it was developed to the point of obtaining data and information that lead to results of great consideration in construction. As a complement to the literature, construction detail was investigated in general and its influence on Latin American architecture and the development of construction technologies. The method used was resolved from the knowledge obtained in the state of the art, consolidating certain concepts of the economy of means to establish indicators that led to a collection of solid data and obtain the results of the analysis of each case study. A number of construction details of joints between artisanal brick masonry were documented, studying two emblematic houses, one of them by a contemporary author and the other by a classic author. Through the study of these projects, the complexity of the use of materials was clarified, as well as the potential application of local artisan brick. The project through the construction details and the inclusion of the economy of means contributes with low costs and optimization in the construction.Item Las Teorías de la arquitectura contemporánea en América Latina(2009) Hidalgo Burneo, Diego Xavier; Estrella Vintimilla, Simón
