(2019-02-25) Guillermo Bravo, Daniela Alexandra; Quituizaca Miguitama, Diana Elizabeth; Cubero Abril, Teodoro Emilio
The present titration work called "Evaluation of the Budgetary Cycle of the Autonomous Decentralized Government of the Parish of Ricaurte, period 2016 - 2017" is oriented to the analysis of each one of the stages that comprise the budgetary cycle, it analyzed the efficiency and efficacy of the entity respect to the resources that have been assigned for the fulfillment of the objectives and goals that have been raised, and in turn, if the entity complies with the laws, regulations, policies and other legal provisions to must abide. The main results we were able to obtain are: the entity does not have documents that serve as backup to confirm that the activities carried out in each of the phases of the budget cycle have been carried out correctly and on the dates determined by law; the reforms that were implemented throughout the two periods are highly considerable since they be equivalent to twice the amount proposed in the initial allocation and in which our research was limited due to we did not have access to information, on the other hand the entity does not have personnel in charge of evaluating that the stages are being fully complied with as provided by law, so that corrective measures can not be taken in front of the deviations that may arise.
