Análisis de puestos y diseño de un modelo de evaluación de desempeño para la empresa Abraham Pañi Cajamarca Cia. Ltda. para el período 2012-2013

This paper aims to develop a manual of functions and a performance evaluation model for the company APC Tecnología “Abraham Pañi Cajamarca Cía. Ltda.” For the development of this topic started explaining how to analyze, determine the specific duties and responsibilities of a job First some basic elements of the organization, company overview, current status and organizational structure are analyzed. Then, the theoretical basis is presented, the information collected on design, analysis and job descriptions, and performance assessment models that support the proposal for the next job. In the development and implementation are determined in detail the characteristics and requirements of the job and the type of person who should be hired for the same. After that and with all the information gathered we developed the operating functions which details clearly the requirements and abilities to perform different jobs in the company. Following this we proceed to develop a model for performance evaluation; Here we take into account all the information gathered from the analysis of job. For the preparation of model performance evaluation consider the description and specification of the jobs and based on them we review, evaluation and control of the activities to be performed by members of the company; in order to ensure the effective and efficient operation thereof. Here objectives, indicators and responsible will be established.
Estudio del proceso para la creación de una empresa comercializadora de alimentos derivados de la soya en Cuenca 2013-2018

This study is to determine the feasibility of creating a distributor of products derived from soybean watershed, it will support the health and nutrition of students in the Canton Urban parishes, being a major factor in adequate food good use of them in the study. It is important to recognize that the Central Government has prioritized the "Good Life", being a state policy, seek to improve the quality of life and Ecuadorian, focusing with laws and regulations that support this new standard of life among the most important factors that have to do directly with this new approach we eliminate the "Junk Food" of the Bars of all the educational institutions nationally, and thus focusing on both education authorities, health and parents and the students themselves to support healthy eating this way. On Being a food Soy-natural, nutritious, and good for food has been considered the project by means of which contribute to a healthy diet of those who constitute the "Future of the Nation"
Propuesta de un proyecto de inversión para la implementación de una lavadora de autos con un sistema de reutilización de agua año 2013-2018

This proposal concerns the feasibility analysis for the implementation of a car washer with water reuse system in the city of Cuenca, the purpose of this project is to provide a high quality service in less time and contribute to the society with saving the vital liquid. The survey results identified a 81.20% acceptance, with an annual demand according to the installed capacity of 13,824 vehicle washed, distributed as follows: Executive Washing 15.60% at a price of $ 6.00, Wash complete 64.10% at a price of $ 10.00 and 20.30% Premium Wash priced at $ 12.00, generating an annual income of $ 135,226.37. The Washing of cars will be located at the entrance to the Streets Bathrooms: Av Ricardo Durán and P. Bouguer Marino., Will have 10 people to operate and comply with the various rules laid down in the law. The initial investment for the implementation of the proposal will be $ 149,878.59 which will be equity of $ 89,878.59 and $ 60,000 funded by a loan from Cooperative Ltd. Jep, at a rate of interest of 11.20% per annum for a term of five years. In Economic Evaluation yielded a positive Net Present Value $ 8,787.63 and an Internal Rate of Return of 17% above the discount rate of 13.03%. Thus we have demonstrated the feasibility of the proposal and recommed the start of the relevant activities.
