    Plan de desarrollo y ordenamiento territorial del cantón Camilo Ponce Enríquez fase de actualización 2014-2015

    This project following the general guidelines for Spatial posed SENPLADES, it aims to provide the Canton Camilo Ponce Enriquez, an instrument to guide and monitor properly their development processes. The first chapter of this work begins with a theoretical approach to the issues of Planning and Zoning, after a brief historical description of the birth of the canton is made, and ends with the evaluation of the Development Plan and Zoning 2012-2026. Then the second chapter covers the diagnosis of Cantonal Territorial System, the same one that contains the analysis of the Biophysical subsystems, sociocultural, economic, human settlements, mobility, connectivity, Energy & Utilities, determining this current territorial model of the corner, their problems and potentials. Then in the third chapter, in the first instance he prepares for the planning phase, describing Zoning determinations upper and lower range, performing a SWOT analysis and making a prospective Cantonal Territorial System. In a second stage the Territorial Planning thereof containing the cantonal vision, strategic objectives, the territorial model target, the rules of the Plan, the intervention measures and an environmental assessment of the plan is built. Finally, in the fourth chapter, the management model is developed, it contains the management body, joint strategies, project descriptions through records, the Ordinance for Citizen Participation, and steps to monitor and evaluate Plan, and ends with the conclusions and recommendations of the most important aspects of the investigation.
