Modelo de negocios para la empresa comercial e industrial del austro Incodisa Cia. Ltda. En el período 2019-2023
(Universidad de Cuenca, 2020-10-22) Guerrero Gordillo, Johmara Michelle; Uruchima Ramón, Edgar Paul; Moyano Bojorque, Henrry Fernando
This paper was developed for COMERCIAL E INDUSTRIAL DEL AUSTRO INCODISA S.A., a company from Cuenca-Ecuador, which has been in the market for 39 years. The company’s main activity is to manufacture and distribute pharmaceutical and antiseptic supplies with the purpose of offering a competitive value to foster an improved operation system. Three steps were taken to build the model. First, an examination of the current situation in order to determine opportunities within the system to further generate a chain value, which will allow the identification of strengths and weaknesses. Second, the development of a study based on a strategic management model and the CANVAS methodology. For this, it was necessary to analyze the macro- and micro-environments of the company. Additionally, an analysis of the economic and financial state of the company was carried out using a balanced scorecard, which translated strategies into objectives through indicators that were linked to action plans. Lastly, an assessment of the model’s impact and risks is presented together with possible solutions that could support the model’s execution.
