Materials and methods: observational, descriptive and cross-sectional study. 30 students graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry were evaluated through a self-administered questionnaire through an online survey using the SEUE questionnaire. Results: 63.3% of the population graduated in 2022 and 36.7% in 2021. To determine the level of total satisfaction, the formula (Degree of satisfaction = V / N) was used, the sum of the assessment in each one of the ninety-three items in the questionnaire was 9478, resulting in 315.93, which represents a fairly satisfied degree of general satisfaction. Conclusions: Identifying the strengths and weaknesses of an institution through student satisfaction is a relevant aspect to achieve compliance with strategic objectives and to be able to improve aspects that help the institution and its training.
