The fourth chapter states the development of MSOSH, starting on the Technical Management, which is based on the identification and assessment of risks per workstation, applying for developing several methods such as: William Fine, REBA, ILSIMPLE, OCRA, Test for workstation evaluation with PVD (INSHT) a questionary using the Fsico program and Occupational Risk Assessment INSHT. Based on the risk matrix, we developed the remaining 3 parts of the PMS, which are the Administrative, Human Resource and Process and Basic Operational Programmes.
