    The proposed business model analyzes and studies the implementation of a "Galletería y cafetería" in the city of Cuenca, a business that will generate employment and help boost the economy. It starts from the same CANVAS methodology that helps the correct decision-making, since it helps to evaluate the company from several points, which allows to apply strategies and generate value proposals to potentiate the resources that the company possesses. It starts from the current analysis of the market to be able to know the actors and determine the business opportunity. With a clear understanding of the opportunities, a strategic, operational, financial, marketing and environmental analysis was carried out to determine the suitability and viability of the proposed business.
