    Anticoncepción hormonal y efectos secundarios en mujeres que acuden al subcentro de salud de Sayausí, Cuenca 2012

    Antecedents: the family planning is one of the most important tasks in the special program of investigations in Human Reproduction of the World Organization of the Health (OMS). The use of contraceptives through the history has had vertiginous advance however it is not still exempt of adverse effects. Objective: he was carried out a study on hormonal contraception and secondary effects in women that go to the Subcentro of Health of Sayausí, of the city of Cuenca in the year 2012. Materials and Methods: it's a descriptive study of traverse court that determined the secondary effects in the women that used hormonal contraception and that they went to the Subcentro of Health of Sayausí during the months of June to August of the year 2012. The data were analyzed based on relative frequencies of the variables, for the mensuration of the risk the relative risk was used with Intervals of trust for 95%, and it stops statistical significancia the value of p. Outcomes: The age stocking was located in 27,55 years with a DS 6,44 years old 42,4% it used injectable contraceptives, 33,5 oral% and 24,1% it implants; the secondary effects presented the following distribution: alterations of the one bled menstrual: 44,1%; migraine: 51,2%; it nauseates 29,4%; I Get dizzy 32,4%; alteration of the pattern menstrual 42,9%; bled uncommon 24,7%; amenorrhoea 18,8%; mastalgia 11,8%; galactorrea 1,2%; HTA 6,5%; cloasma 28,2%; varixes 10,8%; acne 19,4%; ITU 42,9% and other 12,9%. When analyzing the risk and the association between the oral contraceptives and the secondary effects he/she was only association between injectable contraception and HTA and the use of it implants and the amenorrhoea presentation.
