This thesis emphasizes the importance of recognizing and valuing natural and cultural heritage sites, since ignorance of them can lead to their deterioration, devaluation and eventual destruction. In response to this problem, an intervention is proposed on the Zinin-La Dolorosa-Solano route, integrating little known natural and historical landmarks, such as the Guabizhún, and Jacarín lagoons, as well as the Azhupud hill, with the objective of revitalizing and revaluing them. The proposal proposes a specific methodology for the intervention in this type of routes, focusing on the conceptualization of their content, the design of new connections and the incorporation of complementary facilities, with special attention to the implementation of green areas. The methodology combines the proposal developed by the CITMOV group, adapted for high value routes, integrating qualitative elements such as the values of the place, needs and perceptions, and quantitative elements, focused on data such as roadway, geometry, traffic and other aspects relevant to the intervention. In collaboration with the GAD of Déleg, we seek to establish the necessary regulations for the protection, recognition, and development of these spaces, promoting their enhancement and turning them into a strategic resource for local development. Finally, the proposed design will be implemented and presented to the community for validation and appropriation, thus contributing to the strengthening of the territory and the well-being of the population.
