    La prueba de oficio: análisis del artículo 168 del Código Orgánico General de Procesos

    The present work develops the subject: The Proof of Office: Analysis of article 168 of the General Organic Code of Procedure (COGEP), located in the field of procedural law, as a faculty that is given direction, to the administrator of justice - the judge - within the development of the probative activity of the process, as well as its legal and social importance in our legislation. The judicial faculties of the judge are addressed, from the rules of non-criminal matters, exposing the legal faculties, professional and moral qualities of the judge when assessing the evidence, and how much they contribute to the process. For this analysis a study was carried out on the powers of the judge, when applying and imparting justice according to law, visualizing his work from several moments of the process, that is to say, from the moment of the admission of the proposing act or demand, from the moment in which the evidence is valued and from the moment in which resolution is given.
