    Lineamientos para la ordenación de áreas agrícolas del sector de San Joaquín bajo la perspectiva del paisaje

    The landscape seen from the territorial planning defines like a resource of the subjective territory, due to the fact that his character is the result of the perception of the human being of the natural factors. Thus, the agricultural landscapes suppose a big challenge in the territorial planning as in the actuality the territorial management does not consider the problematic of the urban agriculture inside the cities. The present investigation looks for to analyses the agricultural area of Saint Joaquín, determining his characteristics and identifying his values, to end to develop a group of contours of legislation and performance from the perspective of the agricultural landscape. Since, the methodology proposed is a fundamental tool in the generation of strategies and recommendations focused to the improvement of the quality of life of the inhabitants, as well as, protect and conserve the identity landscaping of the territory. For the present investigation analyzed previous considerations on the landscape, as well as, the legal and normative frame of the Ecuador. Later, they analyzed three cases of studies of character international and venue with a similar line to the present investigation. With the purpose, to obtain the supplies and necessary information that contribute to the design and structure of the methodology, same that when being applied in the area of study obtain like result the contours of performance for the agricultural landscape of the parish of Saint Joaquín. The proposal developed in Saint Joaquín, due to the fact that the area of study stands out the agriculture and elements that compose his landscape. Besides, said territory does not have contours of performance and proteccíon, that frame the conflicts landscaping occasioned by the urban expansion.
