    Elaboración de material didáctico para mejorar la comprensión del electromagnetismo

    The central problem of this titling work is the low understanding of Electromagnetism in the students of Mathematics and Physics of the University of Cuenca; with the implementation of didactic materials, in some subjects considered of high complexity, it is sought to overcome this inconvenience. The objectives reached in this proposal were: to design and elaborate the didactic material besides elaborating the respective guides of use of each material. To support the problem raised in this project, a survey was conducted for students of the career, which approved the subject of Electromagnetism. This survey consisted of 12 questions related to the possible causes of the low understanding of Electromagnetism. The survey showed that the problem was due to three causes, the relationships with prerequisites, the high complexity of the subject and the limited didactic materials in the classroom. In order to improve understanding with this proposal of implementation of didactic material for certain themes of Electromagnetism. The present proposal of didactic materials, as a strategy for overcoming the problem, which should highlight the importance of teaching materials throughout the learning process, which contribute immensely in the understanding of any subject.
