In a special way, we analyze the changes that legal interpretation has had in the constitutional model that we have experienced since the second half of the 20th century, and how this represents a "turn of the nut" for juridical dogmatics and legal work every day. These legal changes that are still being framed within society are examined, and represent epistemological challenges of great importance.
