It has a low prevalence, estimated at 50 per 100,000 inhabitants, affecting women in a greater proportion in a 5:1 ratio with its opposite, especially between the ages of 20 to 40 years. Objective: to establish the frequency of clinical, laboratory and therapeutic characteristics in patients with antiphospholipid syndrome at the Vicente Corral Moscoso Hospital during the year 2019. Method: a cross-sectional descriptive study was carried out based on data from Vicente Corral Moscoso Hospital with patients diagnosed with antiphospholipid syndrome in 2019. Epi Info 7, a data collector statistical program, was used, and the results were tabulated. The database will be anonymized. Results: a mean age of 31.66 ±10.18 years was observed, with a minimum of 18 and a maximum of 61 years. Most of the patients are mestizo women from the mountains. The most frequent clinical manifestations are chronic headache and fetal loss greater than 10 SG with 34.1% for both cases. In second place, deep vein thrombosis was observed with 20.5%. No case of adrenal infarction was observed. Most of the patients presented leukocytosis with neutrophilia, lymphopenia, erythropenia, anemia with a hematocrit less than 40 and a normal platelet count. Immunological results for cardiolipin positive were the most frequently observed. The highest percentage of patients was treated with heparin with 43.2% of the total.
