    Evaluación de capacidades físicas básicas en edades tempranas orientada a la iniciación deportiva

    At present, the evaluation of the basic physical qualities resistance, speed, strength and flexibility is a controversial issue due to the existence of various field tests that evaluate the same quality both in education and sports, thus causing a confusion to professionals related to the area, thus, it is intended to provide clear guidelines for the correct measurement of these qualities, focusing their attention on early ages between 6 and 12 years, selecting the updated and suitable test batteries that include the four basic physical qualities, according to the age of the evaluated and the feasibility of executing each one of them; In addition, based on the results of the different field tests, select possible sports talents and from this guide them to a possible sports initiation, by proposing suitable ages to start this process depending on the sport.

    Propuesta de un programa de intervención educativa para la paz y convivencia libre de violencia (bullying) a través de la actividad física y recreativa en la unidad educativa Alberto Andrade Arizaga Brummel del cantón Cuenca

    The main objective of this project is to demonstrate that through physical and recreational activities, we can reduce the rates of bullying, through a program adapted to the Physical Education curriculum. The working group is formed by 30 children of 7th graders from Alberto Andrade Arízaga middle school Brummel, of whom 16 were male and 14 females, being11 years their average age. Thus, there will be shown the benefits of the intervention program during 4 months, from September to January. Therefore, this will prove that it is important to design activities that improve social relationships, values in education and the culture of peace at the educational center. Finally, with the results obtained were conducted a tabulation and analysis of the data in which it gave positive effects of the social relationships with both individual and group students. Being the most important the practice of activities focused on the objectives raised, which showed a reduce rate of violence and harassment in school; reaching a 90% of the main goals in the project.
