    La información al paciente y su participación en la toma de decisiones en el Servicio de Clínica del Hospital Vicente Corral Moscoso, Cuenca 2013

    Objective: to analyze the information provided to the patient or his family, the information requested by the patient and their participation in decision-making in Hospital Vicente Corral Moscoso Clinic Service. Method and Materials: we performed a cross-sectional and descriptive study in the period of six months. The study was conducted in the universe corresponding to beneficiaries of Clinic service in the "Hospital Vicente Corral Moscoso". For data collection a questionnaire was applied, then the data were tabulated and analyzed by there searchers using software, Microsoft Excel 2012 and SPSS 2008 1.7.0.0 Results: the 88.9% of the patients were informed about their disease, although the100% underwent medical procedures, only 62% signed an informed consent. The 70% of the patients were explained in each consisting of medical procedures and treatments. The 41.3% of patients report that a lot of information you receive.
