    This work degree, aims to formulate a proposal for a management model based on Human Resource Skills for Cooperative de Ahorro de CréditoJardínAzuayo, this being a strategic tool that will allow you to achieve your corporate goals. Our study is focused on the design, a systematic process which has produced three dictionaries; Dictionary Cooperative own skills by Strategic Plan; Dictionary behaviors that are aligned to the definition of Competence: Dictionary of Questions are generated based on the same, these being the basis for the proper functioning of human talent subsystems.
