    The purpose of this project is to produce a manual for social networks and a website and an Internal Communication Plan for the Parish GAD of El Valle. Which concepts and theories that reinforce these issues based on organizational communication and relationships were investigated. The Parish GAD of El Valle is a public institution that works to meet the needs of the communities and neighborhoods that make it up. However its works have not been communicated, causing invisibility of the work they do. In addition, has a large number of workers and leaders who have not managed to maintain a correct communication. An internal communication manual seeks improvement through the application of communication tools such as: news bulletin boards, weekly meetings, creation of emails, etc. Furthermore, the creation of a manual of social networks and web pages, strengthening the use of social networks such as Facebook, through training in issues of community manager, information management and photography.
