The fundamental axis is to analyze the effects generated from the transnational family in the family relations of adolescents between 15 and 18 years of the Millennium Education Unit from a gender perspective; as a analysis category, emphasizing gender roles, activities of care and in the same way determine the influence of migration as of the family in the transnational scenario in the construction of adolescent in life projects: sons and daughters of migrants. To carry out this qualitative research project, as a methodological technique semi structured interviews differentiated by sex, with father or mother abroad. Regarding the gender roles, we observe that there has been a reorganization with respect to the exercise of care activities. indications indicate that the phenomenon of migration and the transnational family has influenced in the construction of projects of life in children of migrants.
