La motivación y su relación con el rendimiento académico en adolescentes escolarizadas
(2014) Cumbe Bravo, Sonia Esperanza; Japa Tapia, Fanny Beatriz; Espinoza Ortiz, Antonio
Motivation is one of the most important aspects of educational life, because it is what drives learners to achieve certain goals and choose the ones you think are most suitable and which in turn facilitate the implementation of the activities entrusted to it, which helps them satisfy their desire for achievement. Motivation can be derived from the internal or external and social needs, which influence to a greater or lesser extent in the performance of adolescents. It is a factor that relates to academic performance. This research was conducted with students from the third round of courses to baccalaureate Education Unit "Luisa de Jesús Cordero" in order to explain the relationship between motivation and academic performance.
