    The present thesis entitled "Audit Management System applied to the Commercial Business Juan Alvarez Cía. Ltda. Located in the city of Cuenca "this divided into five chapters containing: General aspects of the company, a brief theoretical framework about the methodology of the audit, through which enables outline the phases of audit process : preliminary planning, specific, implementation and communication of results. The case study is primarily aimed at developing an Audit System to Commercial Company, in order to verify if the objectives and goals set by management are met efficiently, effectively and evaluate internal control. Practiced as a result of audit report in which the findings and detailed evidence as well as conclusions and recommendations for improving the shortcomings found by corrective actions to improve the structure of trade and strengthen its management system was developed.
