Faced with the challenges founded in teamwork and file information management in the academic field of architectural projects, a manual has been developed for teachers and students. The purpose of this manual is to enrich the process of development, interoperability and presentation of such projects, making efficient and collaborative use of BIMCLOUD and BIMX tools. The manual is intended to be consulted at any time and to function as a practical guide.Subsequently, the manual was applied in an academic project derived from the collaboration with one of the TIP chair groups. During the execution of this project, the effectiveness of the proposed manual was demonstrated, as it contributed significantly to the development process. From this experience, it was concluded that there are noticeable differences in the improvement of project development when using the provided manual. In summary, the objective of this manual is to provide guidance and resources to teachers and students, facilitating teamwork and the management of archival information in academic architectural projects. Its implementation proved to be beneficial in a specific project, evidencing substantial improvements in the development process thanks to its use.
