    Cross-sectional study, which can be regarded as an action research, which can intervene, because it allows to know the strengths and weaknesses, and also serves as a basis for developing a plan of development of the School of Medicine, serving as support for progressively continue managing the external evaluation and accreditation by the CONEA. The universe were the principals, teachers, students and outsiders, of which a random cluster sample and to which we applied an interview was obtained, along existing documentation, information collected is anaízó using an instrument constructed, implemented and validated AFEME national level under the guidelines of CONEA.
