    Ecuador offers several and different coast places, which are available used to tourism. As in our country we have easy access to this places, the overture to the entertainment is huge, covering all kinds of tourism. This graduation thesis has the proposal to develop a project, which is formed by the scheme of a vacation build, composed by a lodging space, a commercial field and entertainment ground. This project is designed for the middle class. The project will be located in the km 9 1/2 Vía Data, to design the draft we made market researching, analyzing the proposal viability; waterside development assay assuring your tourism infrastructure, through the techniques used. Furthermore, it was considered the touring attractives like; party, celebration, gastronomy and so on. Also it has been accomplished survey information with local people and tourist people over the problems and benefits about the tourism management on beaches.
