    Establecer una guía de procedimientos para la atención a turistas con discapacidad en los establecimientos hoteleros de la cadena COMISERSA, Cuenca - Ecuador

    The objective of inclusive tourism is to eliminate physical, sensory or communication barriers, and also seek equal opportunities for all people to enjoy tourist activities. Therefore, the main objective of this intervention project is to establish a guide of procedures for the care of tourists with disabilities in the hotel establishments of the COMISERSA Chain in the city of Cuenca: Hotel El Conquistador and Hotel Presidente. For this, were applied survey techniques to the administrative and operational people of the establishments under study and made many interviews that were used with the directors of organizations related to the issue of disability. As a result, it was obtained that both hotels lack facilities in infrastructure and in the capacity to serve clients with some kind of disability. Finally, the work establishes the development of a guide that allows to improve the standards for inclusive care.
