    The present research monograph on "Evaluation of organizational management of the Kichwa People of Rukullakta, belonging to the parish of San Pablo Ushpayaku, Canton Archidona and Napo Province. In the research process variables to find some Kichwa Rukullakta organization is an organization of law, private and community-social purposes with its own autonomy and is certified to the Council of Peoples and Nationalities of Ecuador "CODENPE". This organization has 17 ancestral communities all members (as) or community members or entire families form a core and they are the product of an original population is now called the Kichwa Nationality actively has a population of 4500-6500 people, that makes this important settlement organization with its ancestral territory and a global public deed 41888.50 hectares legalized before the National Institute of Agrarian Development, "INDA" this organization has 4 decades of organizational life in the province of Napo and Amazon. The organization of the Kichwa People of Rukullakta has its own autonomy, with a decentralized administration, decentralized, geographically and administratively ordered and distributed in 17 communities with their respective internal administration and applying an alternative and comprehensive policy with sustainable and viable projects sumak kawsay, which has drawn a plan of community life for the inhabitants of the Kichwa people of organization Rukullakta strategic plan
